Carr Valley Creamery – Canaria
"A goat, sheep, and cow milk cheese with a wonderfully delicate nutty flavor. The package says it has a fruity flavor, but my I don't detect that whatsoever. Cheese has a very smooth texture and stands up well to cutting. The flavor is strong, but easily muddled. Tastes fine with a cracker, but really shines on its own."

Swiss Family – Tomato Basil Cheese Curds
"As I'm standing in line for apple dougnuts at the Sunrise Orchards I noticed these curds and really wanted to try them. Although I do drive all the way to Wisconsin for them every two years, I wouldn't say that cheese curds are my favorite things in the world and a lot of that has to do with the simplicity of them. So when I saw that there were flavored curds out there I had to try even though they weren't from our beloved Carr Valley. Sadly, the tomato basil really doesn't come through on these and I think if I could do it again I'd skip these and bring home an extra bag of Carr's."

"You standard smoked cheddar. The cheddaris smooth and delightful and smokiness is evident. I would have liked it to have a stronger smoke flavor, but this is a solid addition to any charcuterie board."
